Police are investigating who live-streamed porn photos of former NY1 weatherman Eric Adem, according to a report Wednesday.
The Emmy-nominated ex-meteorologist told WNYC she believes a mysterious voyeur became obsessed with distributing nude images of her in an apparent attempt to embarrass her.
“I conclude, this is the same person who is just obsessed with posting these pictures of me,” he added in your first interview Since the scandal led to his firing.
“Some of them are very outrageous.”
Adem, 39, has hired a lawyer to obtain the IP address of the person who posted the images online.
The police station is also probing the leak, the SHO said, though it was not disclosed which department is conducting the probe.
Adem lives in New Jersey, NY1 is located in Manhattan and his mother, who was sent some of the dirty images, lives upstairs.

It was also unclear what law enforcement could do, as the images may not qualify as “revenge porn”, the radio station reported.
Under New York law, a person must have a “reasonable expectation of privacy”, and live-streaming may not be protected.
The ex-meteorologist was fired in September after pictures of him live-streaming sex acts were taken from an adult website without his permission.
It soon emerged that he mentioned her job and other personal details during a camming session done in December 2021.
Adem apologized and admitted that he had a “compulsion”, saying “It was absurd of me to think that I could keep this private.”

Since his embarrassing public firing, Adam told WNYC that he’s been harassed by sadistic trolls online.
โThere is a mix of support and then you will have this random message calling me whatever name to put me down and then saying you want something else? I can be your daddy,โ he said.
“You know –No, I just lost this job I really loved. I’m being publicly humiliated and you think I enjoy it?”

He also opened up about the root of his compulsion to make live sex videos for strangers on the Internet, admitting that it stemmed from “low self-esteem” from being rejected for being gay.
โTo show off and get that type of praise and be called sexy, I wanted to see more. It’s great to hear from someone on the other end,” he said.
Now, he says, he’s in a committed relationship and his sex life no longer includes the Internet.
Ultimately, he said he was regretting whether he felt his firing was justified.
“I don’t apologize for being sex positive โ but I apologize because I am a role model,” he said. “Whatever it comes of it, as a news person, I live under different rules. I don’t think it’s fair, but I guess we do.”
