WESTFIELD — Police are seeking information on at least three men who stole several LGBTQ flags from a South Maple Street home, and were later seen burning the flags behind the Greater Westfield YMCA.

Security camera footage from a home on South Maple Street, which depicts the incident just before 4 a.m. Monday, was given to Westfield police and has been shared on social media. In the footage, two masked and hooded men run up to the home’s front porch and rip a blue, pink and white transgender pride flag and a rainbow LGBTQ pride flag from poles attached to the structure.
