Samsung dropped a huge (absolutely epic) 55-inch rotating gaming monitor called Odyssey ship in August. It has pretty much every bell and whistle you could want to have in either a TV or monitor, and it’s reasonably priced. It comes standard with a 165Hz refresh rate, millisecond response time, quantum dot headlights, and stereo sound to rival a decent surround system.
To take advantage of Amazon Prime early access on sale Currently, Samsung is slashing $200 from the price of the Odyssey Ark. Right now, it’s $3299.99 – that includes free shipping. But if you want something more expensive or just a smaller screen, Samsung is also dropping many of its gaming monitors.

Even with the discount, the $3,299.99 price point isn’t easily affordable, but it’s a discount on a very advanced piece of technology. This 55″ monitor is a curved Quantum Mini-LED display that will feel like it wraps around you when placed horizontally. You can also rotate the screen to portrait mode for what they call “cockpit mode”.
Either way, your content will look sharp, especially gaming or streaming in movies. We can hardly imagine Chrome tabs or an Excel sheet on this screen. It comes with a sturdy stand, but keep in mind that you will need a lot of space for this monitor. They can be placed on a desk, but they can also be the centerpiece of a much larger space.
Currently, $200 is charged at Samsung directly and you will also be eligible for additional cashback. So with other purchases, you’ll get up to $350 back to the original payment method. You can also score this deal on Amazon here.
