Restaurants with some of the highest numbers of “risk factors,” which inspectors consider major violations of health codes, are selected for our Dirty Dining Report. - The cheesecake has not been kept cold enough

- Boxes of raw chicken stored over alcohol
- Workers handling ready-to-eat lettuce with their bare hands
Que Huong Restaurant- 3424 N. 19th Avenue, Phoenix
4 violations
- Live cockroaches crawling around in bags of rice
- Raw duck preserved over carrots
Down with Joe’s – 1927 N. Gilbert Road, Mesa
5 violations
- Pulled pork has been kept past the discard date
- Beef and shrimp are not stored at the right temperature
- Mushroom soup with organic waste
