A report citing people familiar with the matter said that Digital World Acquisition Corp., which was set up by Patrick Orlando, did not pay Saratoga Proxy Consulting for its work helping to mobilize shareholders.
Digital World and Saratoga Proxy Consulting did not respond to emailed requests for comment outside of business hours.
