Stock indices in Saudi Arabia fell at the end of today’s session;  General trading down 2.62%

Investing.com – Saudi stocks dipped after the close on Sunday, as sector and sector losses drove stocks lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, it lost 2.62% to hit a new 6-month low.

It was the best performance of the session on Hail Cement Company (TADAWUL:), which rose 8.02% or 0.98 points and traded at 13.20 at the close. Meanwhile, the share of Dallah Health Services Holding Company (Tadawul:) added 3.26% or 4.40 points to close at 139.40, and the share of the National Medical Care Company (Tadawul:): 2.64% or 1.80 points and closed at 70.00 points at the end of trading.

As for the weakest performers at the end of trading today, Alinma Tokio Marine Co (TADAWUL:) shares closed down at 8.92% or 1.78 points, and traded at 18.18 levels at the close. The Saudi Printing and Packaging Company (TADAWUL:) fell 8.47% or 1.48 points to close at 16.00, and United Cooperative Insurance (TADAWUL:) fell by 7.66% or 0.72 points to 8.68.

The number of declining shares outnumbered the rising shares in the Saudi Stock Exchange by 230 compared to 18 and 4 closed unchanged.

Shares of Alinma Tokio Marine Co. (Tadawul) fell to 52-week lows; A loss of 8.92% or 1.78 to 18.18. The shares of Dallah Health Services Holding Company (Tadawul) rose to an all-time high. Gain 3.26% or 4.40 to 139.40. Shares of United Cooperative Insurance Company (Tadawul) fell to a 52-week low. It fell 7.66% or 0.72 to 8.68.

Crude oil for November delivery fell 4.86%, or 4.06, to $79.43 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodity trading, Brent crude for December delivery was down 0.00% or 0.00 to $85.03 a barrel, while gold futures for December were down 1.75%, or $29.40, to trade at $1,651.70 an ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 1.46% to 3.64, while USD/SAR was unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

US dollar index futures rose 1.54% to 112.82.
