MOSCOW (Reuters) – Russian gas giant Gazprom (MCX) said its group’s EBITDA more than doubled in the first six months of the year to 3.05 trillion rubles ($52.54 billion).
It also said that the average gas export price rose more than 3.5 times in the same period this year.
Gazprom last month reported a record net profit of 2.5 trillion rubles in the first half of 2022 and recommended its board of directors pay an interim dividend after skipping annual payments for the first time since 1998.
