HONG KONG (Reuters) – Cathay Pacific Airlines Ltd. said Friday it plans to add more than 200 pairs of passenger flights in October to both regional and long-haul destinations.
The announcement came after the Hong Kong government said it was scrapping the controversial COVID-19 hotel quarantine policy for all arrivals from September 26.
“While we will continue to add more flights as quickly as possible, it will take some time to gradually rebuild our capacity,” Cathy said in a statement.
